Process Coach Are you passionate about developing people, improving processes, and driving excellence? We're seeking a Process Coach in a Warehouse at our Spring Hill, TN location to support training, standardization, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations, including Injection, Paint, Assembly, and Logistics. What You'll Do Lead, support, and audit on-the-job training for both new hires and current associates Assist with on-boarding and department-specific training initiatives Manage and support the On-the-Job Trainer (OJT) program Ensure work instructions and processes align with IMS standards Track, assign, and maintain training records using the Learning Management System (LMS) Partner with managers and team leaders to communicate updates across all shifts Help design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs and materials What We're Looking For Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Manufacturing experience—or a strong ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment Experience with training, coaching, or developing others A collaborative team player who can manage multiple priorities effectively Flexibility to support various shifts as needed Why Join Us?
