Operations Analyst#26-16943 Up to $22.28 per hour Addison, TX Hybrid Job Description Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for an Operations Analyst for their Addison, TX/ Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

Performs moderately complex transaction processing and reconciliation with medium to large monetary impact according to the established written guidelines and procedures including escalation when necessary Responds to moderately complex client inquiries via numerous channels to support operational efficiency and quality client service Proactively identifies risk and opportunities for process improvements based on an understanding of how the work impacts other operational units Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactional workloads within defined timelines Basic understanding of securities and markets Ability to follow established procedures and controls to ensure compliance and mitigate financial and operational risk Awareness of audit expectations, documentation requirements, and control environments Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, data analysis, trend reporting) for reporting and process improvement Demonstrated ability to reconcile transaction reports, settlement records, and asset movement requests with a high level of accuracy Experience performing detailed reviews to identify gaps and ensure completeness prior to settlement or transfer execution Basic understanding of Corporate Actions Experience mitigating operational risks related to transaction processing

Requirements:

Minimum of 2-4 years work experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting.
