Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking an Innovation Lead for an onsite, contract to hire position with a Major Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA; Strongsville, OH; Birmingham, AL; Farmers Branch, TX; or Phoenix, AZ.
This role is part of a team expanding services for process reimagination, functioning as internal consultants for the organization. The Innovation Lead will manage a portfolio of innovation projects, ing a strong background in process engineering (Lean, Six Sigma) and human-centered design. The ideal candidate will have experience in a highly regulated industry and be able tomunicate effectively with technical teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage innovation activities and a portfolio of projects to meet organizational needs and capitalize on new product opportunities
Advise management and internal clients to understand the results and implications of innovation initiatives
Implement and execute the defined innovation strategy process engineering, modeling, and business process management (BPM)
Utilize customer journey mapping, service blueing, and systems integration mapping
Explore Gen AI application to business and human augmentation
Conduct data analytics and design thinking/human-centered design methodologies
Evaluate and design risk/control frameworks
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or 8 years of relevant experience
Proven experience in human-centered design or design thinking
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to build requirements with technical personnel
Expertise in Process Engineering and Modeling
Experience with Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Management (BPM)
Strong quantitative, analytics, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbalmunication skills
Desired skills:
Consulting or process engineering background
Experience in a highly regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, energy, insurance)
Pay range: $39.21 - $47.21 per hour
