The Sr Banking Operations Analyst is responsible for delivering exceptional client service and operational support across consumer, commercial, and business banking products. This role combines client onboarding, case management, escalation handling, and operational support to ensure seamless client experiences and adherence to regulatory standards. The Sr Banking Operations Analyst builds an in-depth understanding of each client's organization, business priorities, culture, and operating model to determine how best to leverage Texas Capital's products and capabilities to continuously add value. Services supported include Consumer and Non-Treasury Escalation Supervision, Exception Approvals, Online Credit Portal Assistance, Online and Manual Wire Transfers, ACH and Instant Payment Research, Information Reporting, and other consumer and business banking solutions. - Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing high-touch service across multiple channels (phone, email, messaging).
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and maintenance activities for new and existing clients, including documentation review and account setup.
- Manage and prioritize high-volume case work, ensuring timely resolution of client requests and escalations.
- Act as subject matter expert for consumer and all other non-treasury products, services, and systems; partner with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Monitor alerts and events, triage and escalate as needed, and communicate resolution status to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Line of Business Managers and internal departments to facilitate client needs and identify process improvements.
- Maintain awareness of risk and enforce compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Analyze metrics and report performance trends to assist in quality assurance and operational improvements.
- Mentor and support team members, ensuring accurate training and adherence to procedures.
- Occasionally travel for client meetings and relationship reviews. Qualifications
Education:
BA/BS in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years in financial services with strong knowledge of consumer and treasury products, systems, and services.- Strong understanding of applicable banking laws and regulations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to deliver training and presentations.
- Proven problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to build positive relationships across teams and influence outcomes.
- Highly organized with advanced time management skills; capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and Saturdays as needed.
- High integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
