seeks a full-time Legal Operations Analyst in Sugar Land, TX. Analyze the firms existing case workflows, intake procedures, and document-management processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for case intake, client communication, document collection, and case preparation across business, family, and humanitarian immigration matters. Collect, track, and analyze operational dataincluding case processing times, client volumes, staffing capacity, and cost metricsand prepare performance dashboards and management reports. Evaluate and recommend improvements to internal technology systems (CRM, case-management software, billing tools, and document platforms), including potential automations and integrations to increase efficiency and accuracy. Conduct root-cause analyses of delays, quality issues, and workflow breakdowns, and propose data-driven solutions for process redesign, resource allocation, or outsourcing. Forecast operational needs based on historical data, referral trends, and filing patterns and advise management on staffing, training, and workflow adjustments. Design and implement quality-control protocols to ensure consistency and completeness of case preparation, and assist with internal staff training on new procedures and systems.
