JOB TITLE

Ideal candidates will have experience in the management and program analysis field relating to: military operational concepts/capabilities; integration and fielding of complex weapon systems; conducting strategic high-level coordination activities; deliberate planning; test support; problem solving and working independently.Specific duties include:
Interface with MDA leadership to help shape strategic vision and policy. Support the development and modification of DoD and MDA issuances. Draft talking points, point papers and Power Point briefs/presentations to support MDA Director engagements with leadership, congress, and outside organizations. Develop white papers for senior leadership, consolidating relevant background information to inform future decisions. Conduct detailed mission analysis providing a clear synopsis of the situation under discussion for leadership decisions. Provide multiple courses of action for leadership selection. Serve as an advisor to senior leadership regarding Next Generation Missile Defense and Golden Dome for America.SUPERVISION
This position has no supervisory responsibilitiesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Has specialized relevant knowledge and works as a member of the team and assists with solving complex problems. Advanced level working knowledge, skills, and abilities using Microsoft Office. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Master's degree or higher 6 years experience must be in the missile defense industry 10 years operational experience (or 15 years with a Bachelor's degree) 2 years experience in a Combatant Command, Service Headquarters, Joint Staff, or DoD Agency (MDA, DITRA, DARPA, etc.)COMPUTER SKILLS
- Skills in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment
- Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and database (
MS Office:

SALARY:
$150,000- $175,000 Compensation at SABG is determined based on factors such as the role's requirements, education, certifications, skills, experience, geographic location, and market conditions.
