Onsite Responsibilities Drive impactful change and elevate operational performance by leading continuous improvement initiatives across the business. Champion the Continuous Improvement Model, empowering teams to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and implement sustainable process enhancements. Partner across functions to deliver measurable results, improve efficiency, and develop a culture of continuous improvement. Utilize systematic problem solving techniques such as Root Cause Analysis, Kaizens, Loss Analysis, and DMAIC methodology to eradicate losses. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI tools to data-based decision-making and behavioral change. Manage Site Improvement Projects through planning, results tracking, and coaching site leaders during execution. Deliver Continuous Improvement training courses, including LEAN and Belt training, tailored to organizational needs. Implement, support, and coach the Manufacturing Operating System (MOS), including Tier meetings, KPI development, and standard work. Facilitate Kaizen and 90-Day Improvement events to address systemic problems with focused teams. Develop and execute communication plans for process improvement efforts and report on project progress to stakeholders. Organize meetings to share updates, review performance, and plan next steps to sustain improvements. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience. Degrees in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Operations, Logistics, Food Science, Animal Science, or Supply Chain preferred. 5 to 7 years of related work experience. Advanced Project Management skills. Ability to travel 10% to support CI initiatives. Strong knowledge of Lean principles, Problem Solving Tools (RCA, DMAIC), Six Sigma, TQM, TPM, and SPC. Combination of business, interpersonal, technical, and analytical skills. Leadership skills in guiding teams. Self-starter mentality and motivation by challenges. Team-oriented with high individual contribution. Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills. Ability to work with teams across all organizational levels. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Willing to support all shifts in CI initiatives.
