Holds a valid WV Teaching Certificate endorsed for Elementary Education and Multi Categorical Special Education, CPR & First Aid Certified, Preferred Administrative Certificate (Hiring will be based on Summer Seniority)Program Details:
1 prep day and 1 holiday (WV Day) Site Coordinator/Interventionist hours: 7:30 AM â€" 2:30 PM on programmatic days Student attendance: 8:00 AM â€" 1:30 PM dailyPay:
Daily rate + 15% (based on Boone County Schools Teacher Pay Scale) Positions are contingent upon student enrollment at each siteProgram Schedule:
June 5 â€" Prep Day (No Students) June 8 â€" First Day of Students June 8 â€" June 25 â€" Students attend Monday through Thursday only June 19 â€" No School (WV Day) July 1- Last day for program and July 2
Closeout Coordinator Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operation of the Summer Program/ESY Provide daily intensive interventions to students as needed Supervise all program activities, including field trips and guest speakers Manage student drop-off, dismissal, and parent pick-up Report daily student attendance to Directors Collaborate with Directors and Teachers to plan and implement the program Maintain required documentation and submit a final report Work with general education, Title I, and Special Education staff to identify student needs Monitor student progress using tools such as iReady and the Horizons Reading Program Ensure students engage in meaningful STEAM activities Arrange for and/or substitute for any absent teachers or service personnel Perform other duties as assigned Responsible for submitting payroll for assigned site Immediate Supervisor with be Mrs. Bretta Cook and Mr. Shea Hale Email To A Friend Print Version Postings current as of 4/3/2026 3:53:39 AM CST.
