As we enhance our presence in the region, we're seeking seasoned operational leaders to drive on‑site success. Position Overview We're hiring a dedicated Onsite Pallet Supervisor with 5+ years of experience in warehouse or industrial operations and at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity. You will oversee daily operations at our Houston client site, managing production goals, team performance, safety standards, and client relations. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of onsite pallet repair: equipment, safety, and daily output. Supervise and coordinate forklift drivers, repair technicians.

Track and report key metrics:

pallets repaired, quality rates, productivity, downtime, and labor hours. Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety standards; conduct regular safety audits and briefings. Act as the primary liaison with onsite client leadership to manage expectations and resolve issues. Drive training and performance accountability for new hires and existing team members. Manage site-level headcount, labor costs, material usage, and repair efficiency. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase output, reduce waste, and boost profitability. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics or pallet industry operations. 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role. Familiar with pallet repair workflows and tools (e.g., nail guns, repair tables, material tracking). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Forklift certification required—or ability to become certified promptly. Comfortable using tablets and basic ERP/timekeeping/reporting systems.
