This is a senior leadership position for someone who has already built teams, managed multiple automotive locations, and produced measurable financial and operational results. We are not looking for someone who simply visits stores and reports problems. We need a leader who takes ownership, develops managers, corrects performance issues, and creates consistent execution across state lines. What You Will Own Lead the sales, operations, profitability, and culture of multiple automotive repair locations Recruit, train, mentor, and hold store managers accountable Build dependable teams capable of operating without constant intervention Establish clear weekly priorities and follow through until they are completed Monitor car count, sales, average repair order, labor productivity, closing percentage, payroll, and parts cost Ensure every store consistently completes thorough 27-point vehicle inspections Improve telephone conversion and customer follow-up Review estimates and ensure legitimate repair recommendations are presented clearly Maintain quality-control procedures, including final manager inspections before vehicles leave Correct underperforming locations with decisive, practical action Manage hiring needs, staffing changes, scheduling, workflow, inventory, parts returns, and facility standards Travel between locations to train teams, inspect operations, and lead performance improvements Communicate directly with ownership regarding results, risks, and action plans Our Core Performance Standards Our leaders are expected to build stores that consistently achieve: Strong weekly car count and revenue A minimum average repair order of approximately $650 At least 3.5 labor hours sold per repair order Telephone conversion of 75% or higher Complete and accurate 27-point inspections Parts costs maintained within company standards Professional customer service and dependable repair quality Managers and teams who take ownership without being chased What We're Looking For At least 10 years of automotive repair industry experience preferred Proven multi-location or district-level management experience Demonstrated success improving store sales and profitability Strong automotive sales, operational, and people-development skills Ability to recruit and develop high-performing managers Confidence handling difficult conversations and enforcing standards Strong understanding of repair-shop workflow, labor production, parts control, and customer service Ability to read financial and performance reports and turn the numbers into action Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through Willingness and ability to travel regularly between locations Valid driver's license Who Will Succeed Here You will succeed in this position if you are a builder, a problem-solver, and a leader who understands that accountability is part of caring about people. Compensation and Growth This position offers strong performance-based earning potential, with the opportunity to earn more than $100,000 annually when performance expectations are achieved.
