$90,000 - $100,000 About the Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager with strong HRIS expertise to lead key human resources initiatives and drive process improvements across the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic HR responsibilities with hands-on systems administration, reporting, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and compliance. Serve as the primary HRIS administrator, ensuring system integrity, data accuracy, and process efficiency. Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR programs, policies, and workforce planning initiatives. Create and maintain HR dashboards, metrics, and reporting to support business decision-making. Lead HRIS enhancements, upgrades, integrations, testing, and user training. Support compensation, benefits administration, and annual performance review processes. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve the employee experience. Preferred Experience Leading HR technology implementations or system upgrades. Creating HR dashboards and workforce analytics. Supporting multi-site or rapidly growing organizations. Process improvement and change management initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRIS administration. Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, ADP Workforce Now, Oracle
HCM, SAP
SuccessFactors, or similar systems. Strong understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations. Advanced reporting, analytics, and Excel skills preferred. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
