Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our Batesville location. In this role, you will oversee daily store functions, manage teams, and ensure seamless execution of sales, inventory control, customer service, and operational procedures. Your leadership will drive store performance, foster a positive work environment, and uphold our commitment to excellence. Duties Lead and supervise staff, training, employee development, and performance management to cultivate a high-performing team. Oversee daily store operations such as cash handling, cashiering, POS (Point of Sale) systems management, and customer service to ensure smooth transactions. Manage inventory control through stock management, purchasing, and inventory management systems to maximize sales opportunities. Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining effective communication skills and addressing customer inquiries promptly. Supervise shift management activities including scheduling, managing POS systems during peak hours, and ensuring operational efficiency. Utilize management skills to lead team meetings, communicate effectively across departments, and foster a collaborative work environment. Maintain organizational standards for safety protocols and store cleanliness while managing merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines. Qualifications Proven experience in management or operations management with supervisory or managerial communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques. Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on team development; ability to motivate staff towards achieving sales goals while maintaining high standards of service.
