  • Role summary:
  • The Manager, Program Management partners with Seller Support and Risk Operations leaders to translate business priorities, operational changes, and performance needs into scalable learning programs.

This role leads intake, needs assessment, prioritization, curriculum planning, and end-to-end program execution across assigned portfolios. Working cross-functionally with Instructional Design, Facilitation, Knowledge Management, Learning Operations, Operations, and BPO partners, the manager defines outcomes, audiences, risks, dependencies, and success measures; maintains visibility across learning roadmaps; and drives programs from concept through launch, measurement, optimization, and continuous improvement. The role combines business consulting, learning strategy, and program management to deliver measurable capability and performance outcomes.

  • About the team:
  • The Marketplace Learning & Development team builds the capabilities associates need to support sellers effectively across Seller Support and Risk Operations.

The Program Management function serves as the connective tissue across business leaders, Instructional Design, Facilitation, Knowledge Management, Learning Operations, Product, Operations, and BPO partners, helping ensure learning priorities are aligned, sequenced, and executed with consistency. The team brings structure and visibility to a fast-moving environment by connecting business roadmaps to learning roadmaps, coordinating dependencies, and ensuring programs are positioned for successful launch and sustained performance. Together, the team helps Marketplace scale learning with greater speed, quality, and measurable impact.

  • What you'll do:
  • + Lead, coach, and develop associates, setting clear expectations, strengthening capability, and fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

+ Lead intake, prioritization, and end-to-end program execution aligned to Seller Support and Risk business priorities.

+ Build strong stakeholder relationships to identify performance needs, outcomes, risks, dependencies, and readiness requirements.

+ Partner cross-functionally with Instructional Design, Facilitation, Knowledge Management, Learning Operations, Operations, and BPO teams.

+ Manage learning roadmaps, milestones, capacity, and competing priorities across assigned portfolios.

+ Measure program effectiveness using business KPIs, learner outcomes, and operational performance data.

+ Recommend learning responses based on business need, audience, urgency, risk, and expected impact, including when a lighter solution may be more effective.

  • What you'll bring:
  • + Proven experience in program and project management, including managing complex, cross-functional initiatives from intake through implementation and continuous improvement.

+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, coach, and motivate teams while driving accountability and execution.

+ Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and manage competing expectations.

+ Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs, learner data, and business performance metrics to evaluate impact and identify opportunities.

+ Business acumen and performance-consulting capability, including needs assessment, gap analysis, prioritization, and translating business needs into learning strategies.

+ Demonstrated judgment, integrity, and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
