Senior Site Manager Are you a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments? Join us as a Senior Site Manager and lead the day-to-day operations of a large-scale managed services site while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

What You'll Do:

Lead and develop high-performing teams. Manage multiple service lines including print, mail, imaging, hospitality, and courier services. Drive SLA performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Partner with clients to improve workflows and business processes. Lead change management initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Oversee staffing, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in a customer-facing, B2B and/or technical environment. 2+ years of people management experience preferred. Strong operational leadership and problem-solving skills.
