You must have least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level. To be creditable, this experience must have equipped the applicant with the particular qualificions to perform successfully the duties of the position and must typically be in or reled to the position to be filled. Experience developing and implementing functional area project teams to foster a product through the manufacturing process. Experience in developing policy, planning, and administering various complex performance objectives to meet customer's requirements. Experience developing the selling price and profit objectives of program costs. Experience in providing technical, developmental, and operional manufacturing systems and the promotion and implemention of competitive technologies to achieve efficient and quality delivery of customer products. If applicable, credit given for paid and unpaid experience. Initial appointment to a supervisory/managerial position requires a one-year probionary period. The incumbent is subject to geographic relocion to meet the needs of the agency.
