Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a highly organized, dependable professional who takes ownership of their work and enjoys solving problems. This is not an entry-level administrative position. You'll work directly with the owner to help manage the day-to-day operations of the business. Success in this role requires someone who can prioritize multiple responsibilities, think critically, communicate professionally, and identify opportunities to improve how work gets done. We're looking for someone who naturally notices details, follows through without constant supervision, and takes pride in making the business more efficient. As you grow in the role, you'll assume greater responsibility in office operations, bookkeeping, purchasing, and customer support. Duties & Responsibilities Manage daily office operations with accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency. Perform bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial record maintenance. Prepare customer invoices, process payments, and monitor outstanding accounts. Assist with purchasing, inventory management, and vendor communications. Provide exceptional customer service by phone and email. Prioritize competing tasks while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. Maintain accurate customer and vendor records. Support the owner with administrative, operational, and financial projects. Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and customers to resolve issues promptly. Protect confidential company and financial information. Continually look for opportunities to improve processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and increase accuracy. Experience Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with experience using QuickBooks. Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience handling confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Exceptional communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and vendor relations.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
