To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:? + Be accountable for team member safety. + Oversee the completion of daily monitoring to include: safety/housekeeping checklists; process control conditions (temperature, pressure, level, etc); regulatory/compliance monitoring (air, water, SQF, GMP); and other monitoring as requested by Management. + Oversee the execution of the daily production plan as provided by Chem Ops Management. + Develop the skill set of team members. + Ensure high housekeeping standards for production facility(s) are maintained. + Assist warehouse personnel with packaging, raw material, and product movements. + Other duties as assigned.YOUR MUST HAVES
+ 18 years of age or older. + High school Diploma or General Education Diploma ("GED"). + 2 years of industrial manufacturing experience.WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE
+ 2 years of industrial manufacturing supervisory experienceOUR ENVIRONMENT
This position is based in our manufacturing plant environment. Expected exposure to wet, hot, cold, various shifts, requiring Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Constant (role requires this activity more than 66% of the time (5.5+ hrs/day) Use of fingers and hands. Lift/Carry 10 lbs or less & push/pull 12 lbs or less.
