WHAT YOU WILL DO

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:? + Be accountable for team member safety. + Oversee the completion of daily monitoring to include: safety/housekeeping checklists; process control conditions (temperature, pressure, level, etc); regulatory/compliance monitoring (air, water, SQF, GMP); and other monitoring as requested by Management. + Oversee the execution of the daily production plan as provided by Chem Ops Management. + Develop the skill set of team members. + Ensure high housekeeping standards for production facility(s) are maintained. + Assist warehouse personnel with packaging, raw material, and product movements. + Other duties as assigned.

YOUR MUST HAVES

+ 18 years of age or older. + High school Diploma or General Education Diploma ("GED"). + 2 years of industrial manufacturing experience.

WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE

+ 2 years of industrial manufacturing supervisory experience

This position is based in our manufacturing plant environment. Expected exposure to wet, hot, cold, various shifts, requiring Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
