Here are the details: Average pay range: $83K

• $87K a year. Work a typical schedule of 7:00 AM
• 5:00 PM Monday

Oversee day-to-day operations at the branch and help to achieve sales, customer service and profitability goals and objectives while improving productivity and efficiency Manage Driver Routes and Inventory Manage Fleet and Ensure DOT Standards are met Build strong relationships with customers, vendors and the community Develop employees and company culture by promoting mutual respect for each other, a positive regard for company growth, training, development, and retention of employees. Support and demonstrate company culture and values with coworkers and customers Always put safety first

What Skills and Experience We are

Looking For:

2 years supervisory experience with strong leadership and decision-making skills including proven experience successfully coaching and mentoring employees Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills Demonstrated project management skills that deliver our intended scope on-time and within budget Proficient in the use of computers and software (SAP, Microsoft Office, etc.)

What Will Make You Stand Out:

CDL A or B License with Tanker & Hazmat Forklift experience 2 years management experience in the fuel and lubricant industry Knowledge of the Hampel Oil's business and customer base Candidates will be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.
