Ready to lead the electrical operations behind some of the most critical infrastructure in the country? We're looking for a proven electrical construction leader to take ownership of a growing Mission Critical division in Arizona . This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who has successfully managed hyperscale/data center electrical projects, large teams, estimating, project financials, and operational strategy. ????Location:
Mesa, AZ ????Requirements:
10+ years of electrical construction experience 10+ years of electrical estimating experience Proven hyperscale / data center experience Experience managing projects in the $5M-$80M range Experience managing full electrical scope on major data center projects strongly preferred Accubid experience strongly preferred BSc/BA in construction management or related discipline preferred ?What You'll Do:
As Director of Operations, you'll oversee a Mission Critical division managing: $5M-$80M electrical projects Teams of 15-30+ professionals Project Managers, APMs, Engineers, Estimators & Coordinators Field Superintendents, General Foremen & field leadership Estimating, staffing, scheduling, WIP, cost control & project execution Customer relationships and growth within the Mission Critical market ????Compensation & Benefits:
$160K - $180K Base Salary Bonus Eligibility $600/Monthly Vehicle Allowance + 50% Mileage Reimbursement Health/Vision/Dental PTO Retirement Potential Relocation Package Available ?Why Us?: This isn't simply a senior PM position.
