What You'll Do As a District Manager, you'll oversee 4-9 Domino's locations and be accountable for people, performance, and profitability . Hands-On Leadership & Training Lead from the front—coach GMs and management teams in real time Build strong bench strength through consistent training, development, and succession planning Ensure brand standards, food safety, and operational excellence are executed daily Be present, visible, and trusted by your teams Data-Driven Performance Management Analyze store-level KPIs (sales, labor, service times, food costs, Operation Evaluation , and staffing trends) Identify gaps and opportunities, then build clear action plans to drive results Use data to forecast, set goals, and hold leaders accountable Track progress and adjust strategies quickly in a fast-paced environment Culture & Accountability Create a culture of ownership, urgency, and pride Hold leaders accountable while supporting their growth Drive consistency across all locations while developing each GM's leadership style What We're Looking For Proven multi-unit leadership experience (QSR or retail preferred) Strong background in training, coaching, and developing leaders Comfortable analyzing data and using metrics to guide decisions High energy, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-moving environment Willingness to be in stores—this is not a desk-only role Why Domino's?
