Job Description
Job Description The Business Manager serves as the hub of the daily operations at the Amerind Museum and reports to the President / CEO . This person is the office / human resources manager which includes prepares and monitors the annual budget , manages accounts payable and receivable , enters all transactions in QuickBooks , prepares financial statements and forecasts , provides data for the annual audit , runs payroll and benefits , completes hiring paperwork , oversees office management , and assists where needed . This key staff member ensures that all aspects of the business and personnel side of Amerind run smoothly .
