We are looking for an experienced operational leader who can help scale the organization to the next level.   • Long-term advancement potential What You'll Be Responsible ForOperational Leadership
  • Oversee daily operations of a growing multi-provider practice
  • Drive efficiency, accountability, and team performance
  • Build systems that support long-term scalable growth KPI & Performance Management Track and improve metrics including:
  • Production and collections
  • Hygiene utilization
  • New patient flow
  • Scheduling efficiency
  • Treatment acceptance
  • Phone conversion
  • Team productivity Team Leadership
  • Lead and coach front office and clinical support teams
  • Hold managers and team members accountable
  • Help build a high-performance culture while maintaining excellent patient experience Growth & Systems
  • Improve operational infrastructure as the practice scales
  • Optimize scheduling and patient flow
  • Work closely with ownership on strategic growth initiatives
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development Who We're Looking ForRequired Experience
  • Leadership experience in dental, healthcare, or multi-provider operations
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, scheduling, and operational systems
  • Experience managing teams in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to lead with both accountability and professionalism Ideal Candidate
  • Growth-minded and highly organized
  • Strong communicator and natural leader
  • Data-driven and systems-oriented
  • Comfortable solving problems quickly
  • Able to maintain culture while improving performance
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a high-production dental practice strongly preferred Preferred Qualifications
  • Dental operations experience with large or multilocation practice
  • Multi-doctor practice experience
  • Experience with treatment coordination and case acceptance systems
  • Familiarity with marketing and patient acquisition metrics
