  • We are currently seeking an
  • MEP•Project Superintendent•for our Data Center Group in Goodyear, AZ.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • + Lead all field operations for large-scale data center construction projects + Manage trade coordination, work sequencing, and daily execution across all scopes + Develop and enforce short-interval schedules and field execution plans + Lead site logistics planning including laydown, access, crane operations, and material flow + Enforce site safety culture, OSHA compliance, and zero-incident standards + Drive QA/QC processes, inspections, testing, and deficiency resolution + Coordinate installation of mission-critical systems including power distribution, generators, switchgear, UPS, cooling systems, and fire protection + Lead subcontractor management, productivity, performance accountability, and workforce planning + Coordinate inspections with AHJs, owners, commissioning agents, and operators + Lead commissioning readiness, turnover planning, and systems integration support + Manage punchlist execution, closeout sequencing, and substantial completion readiness + Interface directly with owners, operators, and project leadership teams + Support constructability reviews, phasing strategies, and risk mitigation planning + Lead field teams, mentor assistant superintendents, and develop trade leadership •
QUALIFICATIONS
  • + •7+ years•of field leadership experience on complex commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects + Strong expertise in mission-critical construction sequencing and system integration + Proven ability to lead large, multi-trade field teams in high-reliability environments + Experience with live campuses, constrained sites, and high-security facilities preferred •
