Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Train, supervise, direct, and support work force in their activities to ensure production targets Monitor the concentrator processes and optimize/determine the proper operating parameters Inspect the equipment to determine status for repair or PM and initiate appropriate action Administer Ray Complex Safety Program and insure regulatory compliance Administer the labor contract and handle all employee issues (grievances/inquiries, etc.) Provide timekeeping, scheduling, WO/maintenance and purchasing/warehouse input/work needed
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Good communication skills. Must have excellent computer skills with MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Excel, as well as ability to utilize other software systems. Knowledge of MIMS software. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. 
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School or General Education Degree (GED) Five (5) years of job related experience in the milling process
