This is not a desk-only management position. We need someone who can lead a crew, work alongside the team, drive company trucks, handle customers, and generate new business. During the holiday season, you will also play a major role in growing and managing our professional holiday lighting division. Compensation
- $20/hour
- 5% commission on business/jobs you personally bring into the company

- Drive company moving and junk removal trucks
- Lead crews on residential and commercial jobs
- Work alongside the crew performing moving, junk removal, loading, unloading, and other physical labor
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Keep jobs organized, efficient, and on schedule
- Make sure crews properly care for customer property and company equipment Holiday Lighting Operations & Sales
- Help oversee day-to-day holiday lighting operations during the season
- Attend local networking meetings and represent the company
- Door knock residential neighborhoods and businesses to generate new customers
- Follow up with leads and close holiday lighting jobs
- Build relationships with homeowners, businesses, real estate professionals, property managers, and other referral partners
- Pick up lights, materials, and supplies as needed
- Help coordinate materials and prepare jobs for installation crews
- Assist with and lead installations when needed
- Help make sure jobs are completed correctly and customers are taken care of What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is not afraid to work and not afraid to sell.

- Physically capable of moving furniture and performing labor
- Comfortable driving larger company trucks
- Professional with customers
- Confident talking to new people and generating sales
- Self-motivated without needing constant supervision
- Organized and able to handle multiple responsibilities
- Interested in growing into a larger management role within the company Sales, moving, junk removal, crew leadership, construction, landscaping, home services, or operations experience is a plus.
