Deer Valley Road in Peoria, AZ as our School Operations Manager! We're seeking a passionate and proactive leader to oversee daily business operations, support a team of dedicated educators and ensure a high-quality learning environment for children and families. As Operations Manager, you will oversee the business aspects of school operations as well as support the School Director in upholding brand and licensing standards, lead staff development, implement our Wonder of Learning® proprietary curriculum and build strong school-family-community relationships. This position works closely with school ownership and receives a base salary as well as profit-sharing. Nurture your growth. Empower your success. Administrator Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Administration:
Lead daily business operations while upholding brand, regulatory and policy standards
Financial Management:
Manage billing, payroll, budgeting, and other financial aspects of school operations
Staff Management:
Support Director in efforts to train, supervise and support staff to build a positive, collaborative team
Curriculum and Program Development:
Support delivery of our proprietary Wonder of Learning® program•, designed to spark curiosity, support individual growth and inspire a lifelong love of learning
Family and Community Engagement:
Build strong relationships with families and promote the School in the community
Health and Safety:
Maintain a safe, clean and prepared environment for children, staff and visitors
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Experience working in Early Childhood Education preferred Strong knowledge of child development, early learning best practices and team leadership Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills A genuine love for children and commitment to high-quality education Must pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirements Wonder of Learning® is our exclusive education program designed to embrace how children learn best — through play and curiosity.
