As Senior Operations Manager, you will serve as a key leader responsible for ensuring our CSC operates at peak performance safely, efficiently, and on time. You'll oversee multiple departments, lead large and diverse teams (including union environments), and turn strategy into execution in a time‑sensitive, customer‑critical operation.     What You'll Lead & Deliver
  • Lead daily, multi‑department operations to ensure on‑time delivery, food safety, quality, and service excellence
  • Own performance metrics, operating plans, and cost control initiatives
  • Drive short‑ and mid‑term production, staffing, and service planning
  • Act quickly on performance gaps with clear corrective actions
  • Partner in building and executing the CSC annual business plan and budget
  • Oversee operating performance, resource optimization, and financial results
  • Identify and lead process improvements, Lean initiatives, and cost‑reduction opportunities
  • Support capital investment planning to strengthen long‑term performance
  • Lead, coach, and develop a large, diverse workforce and leadership team
  • Create accountability while building trust, engagement, and performance

  • Ensure adherence to HACCP, Global Quality Standards, environmental, and regulatory requirements What We Look For in a Candidate
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in airline catering, food manufacturing, hospitality operations, logistics, or similar high‑volume environments
  • Proven success leading multi‑department, cross‑functional operations
  • Experience managing performance, budgets, and operational planning
  • Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement
  • Strong people leadership skills, including employee and union relations
  • Clear, confident communication and executive presence
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent operational leadership experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
