reviews $75,000•$95,000 a year•Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and entrepreneurial Commissary Kitchen Director to lead the development, launch, and ongoing operation of our commissary kitchen. This role will be responsible for designing the kitchen infrastructure, building scalable and cost-effective menus, establishing systems and processes, and managing day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate combines culinary expertise with strong operational leadership and has experience building systems from the ground up. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in culinary leadership (Executive Chef, Kitchen Director, or similar) Proven experience in commissary kitchens, high-volume production, or multi-unit operations Strong understanding of food cost control, inventory systems, and kitchen economics Experience with kitchen buildouts or opening new locations is highly preferred Leadership experience with a track record of building and managing teams Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
