This shift is on a rotation: WEEK 1:

FRI-SUN 5PM - 5AM

| WEEK 2:

THUR-SUN 5PM-5AM

The Operations Manager - Weekend Operations is responsible for leading and executing operations within a high-volume, 24/7 distribution center environment. This role provides weekend leadership oversight and ensures the efficient flow of product through the warehouse, maintaining operational continuity, safety, and service excellence. This leader will oversee forklift operators, shipping and receiving clerks, yard hostlers, and partner closely with Inventory Control to drive accuracy and throughput. The Operations Manager is accountable for delivering against operational KPIs, meeting customer demand, and building high-performing teams aligned with Red Bull's performance-driven culture and operational philosophies.
