Director of Operations Hiring Now Job Description The Director of Operations serves as a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for establishing and implementing organizational policies and procedures that drive optimal quality, efficiency, profitability, and productivity. This role oversees all clinical operations and collaborates closely with the Medical Director to maintain high standards of care and regulatory compliance. The Director provides strategic leadership to ensure that operational performance aligns with the organization's mission, vision, and goals, supporting sustainable growth and long-term success. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures across the organization to promote high quality, efficiency, profitability, and productivity. Lead and oversee all clinical operations, ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively, and in alignment with best practices. Collaborate closely with the Medical Director to maintain and enhance clinical quality standards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. Provide strategic leadership to align operational activities with the organization's mission, vision, and long-term goals. Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and growth. Guide and support clinical and operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence. Ensure that operational processes support organizational profitability and sustainable growth while maintaining high standards of patient care and service. Communicate operational priorities, changes, and expectations clearly to stakeholders and staff across the organization. Essential Skills Proven operational management experience in a clinical or healthcare setting. Strong clinical operations management skills with the ability to oversee complex service delivery environments. Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including the ability to guide senior staff and cross-functional teams. Ability to develop, implement, and optimize policies and procedures that improve quality, efficiency, and productivity. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with medical leadership to maintain quality standards and compliance. Strategic thinking and decision-making skills to align operations with organizational mission, vision, and goals. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience as part of a senior management or executive leadership team. Background in establishing and maintaining clinical quality standards and compliance frameworks. Track record of driving organizational growth and operational excellence. Ability to balance quality of care, efficiency, profitability, and productivity in a healthcare environment. Work Environment This role operates within a senior leadership environment overseeing clinical operations across the organization. The Director of Operations works in close partnership with medical leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that operational processes support high-quality patient care and organizational performance. The position involves strategic planning, policy development, and ongoing evaluation of clinical and operational workflows in a professional, mission-driven healthcare setting. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Alhambra, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $190000.00/yr.
