Format:
Onsite in Irvine Role Expectations As the Temporary People Operations Manager, you will maintain essential HR functions and provide leadership continuity during a scheduled leave of absence. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, recruitment, payroll, and global compliance for our 60-person organization.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding. Lead full-cycle recruitment for open positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management, with a particular focus on maintaining the candidate pipeline for global roles. Facilitate phone screens, interview scheduling with hiring managers and ensure a smooth, timely hiring process. Execute timely payroll processing and conduct regular audits of benefit enrollments ensure correct coverage and data integrity. Provide high-level guidance and support managers and employees on HR-related matters, including policies, benefits, and performance improvement. Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting and maintain the integrity of all data within the HRIS. Act as the primary liaison for external vendors, such as payroll providers, benefits administrators, and legal counsel.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR. 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in financial services or a related industry. Experience managing HR functions remotely and working with international teams (Argentina/South America) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven mindset. Ability handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficient in HRIS systems and other HR-related software (Gusto, is preferred).
Compensation & Benefits Rate:
$30•40 an hour Due the temporary and part-time nature of this assignment, this position is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits, including medical insurance or Paid Time Off (PTO). Department HR Location Anaheim, California, USA
