Job Description

Position Summary The Operations Manager - Food & Beverage at Pirates Dinner Adventure is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations at the Buena Park location. This individual manages multiple departments, including the kitchen, bar, gift shop, and servers, ensuring seamless coordination and high standards of service. The Operations Manager supervises a team of experienced Food and Beverage Managers, who are accountable for operations from showtime through closing. The ideal candidate is proactive, focused on operational excellence, fosters team accountability, and is dedicated to delivering an outstanding guest experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor Food & Beverage Managers to achieve operational objectives and uphold high service standards.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling to guarantee optimal coverage during regular hours, peak periods, and special events.
  • Monitor daily operations to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Director to ensure food and beverage operations align with overall business goals.
  • Support employee development through training, constructive feedback, and performance management.
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain consistent supply chains and quality standards.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations.
  • Respond promptly to guest feedback to continuously enhance the guest experience.

  • Previous experience in food and beverage operations management is required.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and regulatory compliance. Compensation & Benefits

This manager supervises all Food & Beverage Managers to ensure smooth operations and excellence in service across all food and beverage outlets. Responsibilities include daily coordination among managers, staff training and support, and maintaining the highest standards for guest experience, safety, and regulatory compliance.
