In this pivotal role, you will cultivate and expand relationships with key strategic accounts, driving growth through innovative solutions and exceptional customer engagement. Your expertise in B2B sales, product demonstrations, and technical sales will empower you to deliver tailored value propositions that meet the unique needs of our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence market expansion, foster long-term partnerships, and contribute to our mission of advancing healthcare solutions through strategic account management. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets within assigned DSO accounts. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and challenges to provide customized solutions. Lead product demos and technical presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings, ensuring client understanding and engagement. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms effectively to maximize revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to deliver seamless support and innovative solutions. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth within existing accounts and potential new clients. Maintain detailed records of account activities, sales pipelines, and customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint for reporting purposes. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on medical or pharmaceutical sales preferred. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals. Exceptional account management abilities with a customer-centric approach. Demonstrated success in outside sales environments, engaging directly with clients at their locations or virtually. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively convey technical information and build rapport. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in analysis skills for assessing client needs, market trends, and sales performance metrics. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for creating presentations, reports, and strategic plans. Leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration and drive results in fast-paced settings.
