About SNFClinic SNFClinic is a CMS-approved electronic learning management system (eLMS) built specifically for long-term care facilities. Our platform equips skilled nursing facilities with nursing procedural training, care plan libraries, employee assessments, nursing CEUs, and more — helping facilities reduce survey tags, improve MDS quality scores, increase staff retention, and achieve higher CMS star ratings. We're a mission-driven team committed to raising the standard of care in long-term care. Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Operations Manager to join our growing operations team. In this role, you'll play a key part in onboarding new clients onto the SNFClinic platform, supporting their ongoing success, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, drive process improvements, and help maintain a high-quality experience for the facilities we serve. Key Responsibilities Support the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new client facilities onto the SNFClinic platform Troubleshoot and diagnose reported platform issues, identifying root causes and driving resolution in a timely manner Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including product, sales, and customer success — to ensure smooth operations and client retention Document implementation progress, issue resolutions, and operational workflows to maintain accurate internal records Identify patterns in reported issues and communicate findings to improve platform performance and internal processes Assist in the development and refinement of internal SOPs and operational best practices Monitor implementation timelines and flag risks or blockers to ensure projects stay on track Support continuous improvement initiatives across the operations team Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills — you can break down complex issues and find practical solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while staying organized Comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy with a willingness to quickly learn new software platforms Nice to Have Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or a SaaS/tech environment Familiarity with LMS platforms, CMS regulations, or skilled nursing facility operations Prior experience in operations, implementation, or project coordination roles Why Join SNFClinic?
