Operations Director — KPop Cat Cafe (LA)

I'm opening a KPop cat cafe in Los Angeles and I need one person to run the whole thing. Not a manager. Not someone who needs hand-holding. Someone who can take a concept and turn it into a real, operating business — permits, buildout, staff, cat partnerships, events, all of it. I'll handle the marketing. You handle everything else.

What the role looks like:

→ Lead the full buildout and LA permitting process → Source our rescue cat partnership → Hire and manage the entire team → Run day-to-day operations once we open → Plan KPop events, listening parties, merch drops

Pay:

$80,000-$100,000 + profit share You're the right person if you've managed a restaurant or venue before, you've dealt with contractors and permits, you make decisions without needing approval on everything, and you actually love cats and KPop — not as a resume line, for real.
