JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Manager is responsible for assisting with the daily operational management of our behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment programs in accordance with California state regulations, company policies, and accreditation standards. This position supports in maintaining safe, compliant, organized, and efficient facility operations across residential, clinical, and administrative departments. The Operations Manager provides operational support related to staffing coordination, scheduling, admissions support, facility oversight, compliance monitoring, and operational workflow management while helping promote a professional, recovery-oriented environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Management with oversight of daily facility and program operations. Support supervision and coordination of operational staff, behavioral health technicians, residential staff, and support personnel. Assist with maintaining compliance with all applicable federal, state, county, DHCS, and accreditation standards. Monitor scheduling, staffing coverage, attendance, and operational workflow needs. Assist with admissions coordination, client transitions, discharges, and operational support related to continuity of care. Help identify operational inefficiencies and assist with implementation of process improvements. Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, professional, and recovery-oriented treatment environment. Support onboarding, orientation, and operational training of staff as directed. Assist with incident reporting, documentation review, operational audits, and compliance monitoring. Coordinate with clinical staff, admissions personnel, and executive leadership regarding operational needs and workflow issues. Assist with inventory management, vendor coordination, maintenance follow-up, and facility organization. Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries with clients and staff, consistent with HIPAA and company standards. Respond appropriately to operational issues, client concerns, emergencies, or facility-related incidents. Perform additional operational or administrative duties assigned by leadership as needed. Assist in driving census growth, client retention, admissions coordination, and operational support related to client engagement and continuity of care. Monitor operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost containment, operational efficiency, and quality enhancement. Assist in oversight of facility operations including scheduling, staffing coordination, vendor relationships, maintenance coordination, and residential operations support. Promote a safe, professional, ethical, and recovery-oriented environment for clients, staff, families, and visitors. COMPETENCIES

Ability to work collaboratively with executive leadership, clinical teams, and operational personnel. Ability to maintain a recovery-oriented and trauma-informed environment. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, behavioral health, business administration, psychology, social work, or related field is preferred. Minimum one (1) year supervisory, leadership, or operational experience preferred within healthcare, behavioral health, substance use treatment, or residential treatment settings. Knowledge of California behavioral health and recovery-centered treatment environments preferred. Experience with Joint Commission, CARF, DHCS, or licensing standards preferred. Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills required. Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred. CPR certification and TB clearance required or obtainable within designated onboarding period. The employee may be required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, push, pull, and move throughout residential, office, and treatment environments during the course of the workday. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. REQUIRED TRAININGS HIPAA
