Evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed We are seeking an experienced and dependable Floor Manager to join our lounge team in Chino, CA. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hospitality experience, and the ability to manage a fast-paced nightlife environment. The Floor Manager will oversee front-of-house operations during assigned shifts and help ensure that our bartenders, bottle service staff, servers, and support team provide professional and attentive service to every guest. We are looking for someone who is confident leading a team, organized, professional, and able to handle guest and employee situations calmly and effectively. Key Responsibilities Supervise bartenders, bottle service staff, servers, and other front-of-house employees Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate assignments and expectations Coordinate floor coverage and staff sections during service Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, appearance, and performance Maintain high standards for guest service and hospitality Assist with opening and closing procedures Monitor the lounge floor to ensure tables and guests are being properly attended to Address guest concerns and service issues professionally Assist with reservations, VIP tables, and bottle service operations Work closely with bartenders and service staff to maintain efficient operations Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures Assist with training and coaching new and existing employees Communicate employee, guest, safety, or operational concerns to ownership/management Help maintain a safe and professional environment for employees and guests Support management with other operational duties as needed Qualifications Previous restaurant, bar, lounge, nightclub, or hospitality management experience preferred Previous supervisory or team-lead experience strongly preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent customer-service and problem-solving abilities Ability to remain professional in a busy, high-volume environment Dependable, punctual, and organized Comfortable supervising multiple employees and service areas Ability to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays Must meet all applicable legal requirements for the position Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and California hospitality operations is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus What We're Looking For We want a manager who is present on the floor and leads by example .
