Job Description

Job Overview We are an established orthopedic and sports physical therapy practice seeking a strategic, business-minded Operations & Growth Manager to oversee clinic operations and drive measurable revenue expansion. This is a leadership-oriented role for someone who thrives in small business environments, understands performance metrics, and wants to directly influence growth strategy. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable optimizing systems and building community partnerships. Position Summary The Operations & Growth Manager will be responsible for: Overseeing day-to-day clinic operations Improving efficiency and patient experience Developing and executing growth initiatives Strengthening referral networks and community partnerships Tracking key performance metrics and revenue trends This position reports directly to ownership and plays a central role in scaling the business. Core Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee front desk workflow, scheduling systems, and administrative processes Implement systems to improve patient retention and satisfaction Manage reporting on revenue, referrals, and conversion rates Ensure compliance and professional standards are maintained Identify and correct operational inefficiencies Growth & Business Development Develop strategic outreach plans targeting gyms, coaches, and sports organizations Build and maintain referral relationships Identify new revenue opportunities (workshops, partnerships, service expansion) Track lead generation and conversion performance Support marketing initiatives aligned with growth objectives Qualifications Background in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, or related field 2+ years experience in operations management, business development, or clinic administration preferred Strong analytical skills and comfort working with KPIs Professional communication and networking ability Self-directed with strong organizational skills Experience in healthcare, fitness, or sports industries is a plus Compensation Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses tied to measurable growth metrics Clear pathway for increased compensation as revenue scales Schedule Part-time (15-20 hours per week) Primarily remote with occasional on-site work Ideal Candidate Profile This role is best suited for someone who: Thinks strategically, not transactionally Is motivated by measurable results Wants influence in a growing performance-based healthcare business Is comfortable being accountable for growth initiatives
Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
