The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily will be responsible for coordinating daily import/export shipments, communicating with customers and carriers, and ensuring smooth transportation operations. Responsibilities Coordinate ocean/air import and export shipments. Arrange booking, customs clearance, delivery, and shipment tracking. Communicate with customers, trucking companies, carriers, and overseas agents. Prepare and review shipping documents and related paperwork. Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues promptly. Maintain strong customer service and professional communication. Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export operations required. Proven experience in supply chain management or transportation management within an import/export environment. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of managing contracts with carriers, 3PL providers, and freight forwarders. Knowledge of B2B sales processes related to logistics services and freight solutions. Experience handling freight documentation, dispatching shipments, and ensuring compliance with FDA regulations or other relevant standards. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through data entry accuracy and attention to detail in logistics operations. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners across global supply chains.
