Core Values:
Enthusiastic Doers Professionally Responsible Passionately Dedicated This Role Is Different This isn't a traditional desk-only Director of Operations position. We want someone who wants to know our programs, our leaders, our facilities, and how our business actually works. Some days that may mean reviewing performance numbers and identifying opportunities with a Program Director. Another day may involve walking through a facility, improving a process, addressing a staffing challenge, or coordinating a solution that crosses several departments. At the same time, we don't need someone who wants to personally run everything. We need an experienced operational leader who understands that great operations come from strong leaders, clear accountability, good systems, good decisions, and consistent follow-through. This salaried leadership position is designed around an average 30-35-hour workweek and offers an opportunity to take on meaningful senior-level responsibility without a traditional 40+ hour executive schedule. If you are energized by making good organizations work even better, we'd love to meet you.
