Job Description

The Plant Operations Director at Carmel Village is responsible for the general maintenance of the community including all common areas, resident apartments, grounds, equipment, and mechanical systems, and for driving the community vehicles. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for community operation. Incorporates the Generations Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others. Growth Opportunities Salary Range:
$70,000•$80,000
Schedule:
Full-time, Mondays through Fridays, from 7:00 am•4:00 pm 8 Hour Shifts Must have weekend and holiday availability
Requirements:
Two or more years experience working in a facilities maintenance position with progressive responsibilities or in a related field. Ability to locate problems and arrive at solutions as swiftly as possible. Familiar with tools and have a knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and safety, understanding all tasks must be completed In conformity with company policies and procedures and federal, State, and local regulations. Must exhibit proficiency in and routinely perform a wide variety of building maintenance and mechanical work including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, Interior and exterior painting, masonry, drywall repair, small appliance, and minor equipment repair and troubleshooting.
