Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to join our team in the Los Angeles, CA region. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our facility, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency. Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust processes to meet organizational goals. Manage budgets and resource allocation to optimize operational costs. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other departments to align operations with overall business objectives. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Prepare and present operational reports to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry. Proven track record of successfully leading teams and managing complex projects. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operations management software.
