You will directly supervise 6-12 clamp offloader drivers, receivers, and put-away drivers and indirectly oversee ~20 lumpers, partnering closely with operations management to align daily priorities. Onsite role with 1st or 2nd shift options (1st: Mon-Fri 6:30 AM-3:00 PM; 2nd: Mon-Fri 3:30 PM-12:00 AM, includes $0.50/hr differential). Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Directly oversee inbound associates (clamp offloaders, receivers, put-away drivers) and indirectly manage lumpers Coordinate daily inbound workload and assign associates to tasks and teams Monitor productivity and quality metrics and redirect labor as needed Train and coach associates on process, equipment, and safety standards Support and drive safety initiatives across the inbound operation Partner with operations management on daily directives, attendance, behavior, and performance concerns Provide accountability for peers and escalate issues appropriately Work occasional overtime and occasional Saturday coverage during peak volume Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Prior warehouse lead or working-supervisor experience in a metric-driven operation Experience leading a team of comparable size, including indirect oversight Strong WMS proficiency and comfort with productivity reporting Basic Excel skills: data entry, filtering, and sorting Working knowledge of clamp, receiving, and put-away operations Comfortable holding peers accountable and escalating appropriately Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to pass a written equipment assessment and a hands-on certification on first day if role includes equipment operation Compliance with site requirements: orange reflective safety vest, enclosed-toe shoes, and badge/key fob access Here's What Else Might Help You Out Bilingual English/Spanish (strongly preferred) Pay Range $23.00/hour - $23.50/hr Ready to Make Your Mark?
