7:30 AM•4:00 PM or 8:45 AM•5:15 PM Location 1220 Diamond Way, Concord, CA 94520 What You'll Own You'll lead daily operations while setting the standard for safety, service, and team performance: Oversee daily facility operations and shift flow Maintain a strong, visible leadership presence on deck Enforce safety protocols and company standards Support families and communicate clearly with staff Coach, mentor, and develop swim instructors Support onboarding, training, and team accountability Teach swim lessons using AquaTech's curriculum Work in the water alongside your team Complete operational and safety documentation accurately What We're Looking For 18+ and high school diploma At least 1 year of leadership or people management experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Organized, reliable, and solution-oriented Comfortable poolside and in the water CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to obtain Aquatics experience is a plus, but not required Passion for working with children and building strong teams Work Environment This is an active, high-energy aquatic setting: Warm indoor pool ( 89-92°F ) Standing and moving on wet pool decks Lifting/assisting children ( 20-50 lbs ) Humid, lively environment Ability to respond quickly in emergencies Why AquaTech Swim At AquaTech Swim, you do more than manage operations — you shape experiences.
