Description The SoftGoods team brings color and texture to Apple! We work with specialty materials like fabric, adhesives and silicone across a wide range of Apple products - iPhone & iPad accessories, Watch bands, Vision Pro, AirPods Max & more. Operations Program Manager's are pivotal to the development and launch of Apple's products. A successful OPM is a natural leader and facilitator; is dynamic, driven, organized and detail oriented; excels in program / project management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts. This individual is the team leader within Product Operations and serves as the primary interface to product development and other functions within Apple. Our overall mission is a successful product launch meeting schedule, availability and customer experience goals. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years experience in NPI Operations Management, Supply Chain or Product/Program Management. Results driven and detail oriented project / program leadership experience Preferred Qualifications Master's degree or MBA is a plus We are looking for individuals who are good communicators, capable of working in multinational environments, driven and motivated by accomplishing world-class objectives. Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $128,400 and $236,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
