Job Overview HVAC Multi family construction operations Manager. Run our SOCAL operations. Responsibilities Lead and supervise store teams, including recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, shift management, and training and development. Help foremans in PM duties Manage multiple jobs Manage multiple employees Conduct month end cost to complete Project manage multiple projects Qualifications HVAC multifamily experience. Wood frame & concrete construction. Low / mid/ high rise construction Working knowledge of Microsoft systems Bluebeam capabilities Multilingual or bilingual abilities are welcome.
