About Havn Club Havn Club is a private-chef-style meal delivery service creating premium, high-protein meals made with clean, seed-oil-free ingredients and packaged in glass. We're launching in Washington, DC and looking for reliable prep cooks to help with production days. Role Summary Lead our culinary team with ingredient prep, cooking support, and meal assembly for weekly menu production. Ideal for managers who are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen. Responsibilities Prep proteins, grains, vegetables, and sauces Portion, label, and organize meals Maintain a clean, efficient workstation Assist with setup, cleanup, and packaging Track inventory for containers and other various kitchen equipment Pack meals and hand off to delivery drivers Requirements Prior kitchen or catering leadership experience preferred Strong work ethic and attention to detail Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods Reliable for scheduled shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun, 9-5) Have a car Ability to communicate in Spanish (preffered)
