Job Description

Are you a strong, heart-centered leader who knows how to bring out the best in a team? We are a privately owned senior living and memory care community looking for a Director of Operations to help lead our next stage of growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build culture, strengthen systems, support staff, improve occupancy, and help create an exceptional experience for residents and families. This is not a behind-the-desk position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable leading people, solving problems, building relationships, and taking ownership of the day-to-day operations of a care community. Who We're Looking For The right person will be warm, steady, organized, and confident. You should be able to lead with both heart and accountability. You may be a good fit if you have: Leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field Strong people-management skills Experience with operations, staffing, budgeting, or business growth Comfort with sales, tours, outreach, or relationship-building Excellent communication skills A genuine respect for seniors, families, and caregiving teams The ability to lead change while earning trust Experience in memory care or assisted living is strongly preferred. $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
