Responsibilities Assess, develop, evaluate, and consolidate technical and programmatic responses from internal and external program stakeholders. Frequently interact with Space Force/Air Force and DoD tools such as TMT and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to initiate, track and close out various directorate, SSC, and Space Force Command taskers. Effective communication, planning, budgeting and programming skills to support ongoing and future Space Force Acquisitions. DAG / Business Operations Member will: Be responsible for daily review/analysis/dissemination of tasks Use

Task Management Tool (TMT) & e-mail to retrieve/assign tasks Update tasker database, which will be provided to leadership at the end of each day Assemble and provide instruction on the completion of electronic Staff Summary Sheet (eSSS) packages Effectively communicate with offices at each leadership level (Directorate, Center, MAJCOM, SF, DoD) Prepare briefing slides for weekly leadership council meetings Advise leadership on status of assigned deliverables Maintain appointment calendars and conference room schedules Assist with acquisition planning documents such as acquisition strategies, RFPs and CDRLs Assist with performing market research Other duties as assigned
Skills Required Highly Desired Qualifications:
Detail-oriented and intellectually curious Systems thinking and systems engineering experience Space operations and space battle management experience Intelligence background Experience with Jira and Confluence 10 years of relevant experience required BA/BS degree in Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Statistics required Active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility required US Citizenship required
Salary Range:
$110,000.00 - $130,000.00/Year, DOE Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
