$70,304 to $82,000 Salary is commensurate with a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location. Ensure all staff are adequately trained, offering retraining and skill set development as needed. Cultivate a work environment that encourages excellence, guiding the team toward positive attitudes. Empower staff to identify opportunities for growth and process improvements. Guarantee collection events comply with regulatory standards. Ensure operational conditions, maintenance, and repairs for all equipment are completed. Provide support to Donor Care Team leaders by offering supervision at collection events, assisting with donor interviews, and performing whole blood and/or automated red cell/plasma and apheresis procedures.
